Who Are We?

We are an international consultancy firm specialising in leadership development. Our mission is to develop leadership within individuals, in teams, in organisations and in society in general.
 

Our Managing Team

Olivier Courtois - Managing Partner
Olivier is the co-founder and managing partner of Hamilton Davenport Partners.
He has 25 years experience in sales, business development, HR, executive coaching, group facilitation and motivational speeches. He worked for Krauthammer International, Levi Strauss and Management Center of Europe. He certified in many different tools and approaches, is a member of I.C.F. and advanced communicator with Toastmasters International.


Pasquale Mazzuca - Managing Partner
Pasquale is the co-founder and managing partner of Hamilton Davenport Partners.
He has over 30 years experience project management, executive search, talent management, HR, executive coaching, and team facilitation. He has worked for global organisations, Schlumberger, AT Kearney, Management Center Europe and Belgacom Group. He is certified in a variety of instruments and methodologies.
